Parents
Parents can enjoy Scouting too.
Many of our parents find Scouting is great fun for them as well as their kids.
Scouting provides you, as parents, a chance to grow up with your children and that
can become a great experience for both of you.
Parents can help by:
- Showing interest and providing encouragement.
- Providing transport to activities.
- Giving your time to participate with your kids.
- Helping to raise money to support the group, and your child.
The "Parent Support Network" meets once a month to discuss the running of
the group. All parents are invited to attend the meetings.
The Parent Support Network is not just a committee of
people who assist in keeping the group running, but also provides a social atmosphere
for all parents and their families.
